My Jeep gave me a terrifying experience! It lost power unexpectedly, like a dead battery. I tried restarting it several times, and thankfully, it turned back on. I immediately took it to the dealership in the hopes that they could identify the problem, but they were unable to do so. It is a little concerning that they were unable to determine the cause. What's with the Jeep? When will they come up with a solution for this? "Until somebody dies?"

This is disturbing news, and we didn't hear anything from the company. I think now is the time to try and send them an email regarding the issues that we're experiencing. They have to do something about it because a majority of Jeep owners have been complaining about other issues as well.

This is alarming for sure; they should not disregard this kind of issue. Stopping in the middle of traffic will be a horrible thing to experience. Mind updating anything about this for the benefit of the owners?

Did they mention anything about the battery having issues? I had mine for 2 months and i just experienced the issue. I had to wait for help to arrive because i was stuck in the middle of nowhere. Its not a good sign for wrangler. I hope they find a solution right away

Did your local dealership explain what causes this? Is it possible that faulty wiring is the cause of this issue? Or possibly a grounded connection that's why it wouldn't start and a dead battery issue shows up. Has anyone tried using an OBD Scanner?

It's really concerning that many Jeep dealers seem unprepared for the 4xe. Reading about other people's experiences, it feels like the service departments haven't gotten the proper training or resources from Jeep to fix these new models. Hopefully, they will address this gap in knowledge soon so us owners can get the help we need.
