Jeep Wrangler 4xe Electric Mode Temporarily Disabled – How to Fix?

It started yesterday that my 4xe always says 'electric mode temporarily unavailable.' What's causing this warning to keep popping up? Anyone else with this problem?

Long trips force me to rely on gas, which defeats the purpose of an electric car. To add insult to injury, my car is permanently stuck displaying the dreaded "Electric Mode Temporarily Unavailable" message.

The dealership offered an appointment... 5 months from now!

I’m experiencing the same issue with my 4xe. The "electric mode temporarily unavailable" warning keeps popping up too. It's really annoying. Did you manage to find a fix? Would love to know what worked for you
