Manual tranny??

Is it true that there'll be a manual tranny available for Wrangler EV soon?

I’ll believe it when I see it. EVs don’t need manual transmissions, and most automakers have been moving away from them even in gas models. Unless Jeep is developing some kind of gimmicky ‘simulated manual’ mode, I doubt they’d invest in a full-blown manual tranny for an EV. But hey, I’d love to be proven wrong!

There are rumors about a simulated manual for the Wrangler EV, but nothing confirmed yet. It’d be interesting if Jeep actually offers one.

I agree, it’d be cool if they did, but I’m skeptical too. It’s a fun idea for sure, but I’m not sure it’d really fit with the direction EVs are going.
