Is an electric wrangler inevitable?

An electric Wrangler feels inevitable, but I’m concerned about off-roading with it. You can’t just carry extra power or easily jumpstart it in the wild, for now, it seems like EVs are better suited for “civilized” areas where charging isn’t an issue. Do you think EVs can ever truly replace off-roaders?

Why are you concerned about off-roading with it? Because of its weight? I don't think that's a big deal.
Anyway, I am curious about what a Wrangler can do.

The weight is a concern because it could impact the Wrangler’s agility and off-road performance, also the limited range and lack of charging options off-grid could make long excursions tricky. Thoughts?
